ByteByByte is a Hampton Roads–based accessible technology tutoring service founded on a simple belief — everyone deserves to feel confident and independent with their own devices, regardless of vision or ability.
Our founder is visually impaired and uses screen readers and accessibility tools every single day — NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone. This isn't theoretical knowledge. It's lived experience.
We work with blind and low vision individuals, seniors, caregivers, and anyone who wants real, practical help getting accessible technology to actually work for them — one-on-one, patient, and always at your pace.

How It Works

Book a Free Consultation
Fill out the contact form or schedule directly through our booking page. We'll have a no-pressure conversation about what you're trying to learn or solve — no commitment required.
We Build a Plan Together
After understanding your goals, we'll outline a simple session plan. No packages you don't need. Just the topics that matter to you at a pace that works.
Sessions: Remote or In-Person
Sessions run via video call or, for Hampton Roads clients, potentially in person. You'll be at your own computer so you can follow along in real time and practice as we go.
You Leave With Notes & Next Steps
After every session we'll provide a plain-language summary of what we covered and what to practice before next time. No disappearing after the call.
Pay Only for What You Use
No subscriptions, no auto-renewals. Sessions are booked and paid individually. You control the pace and the investment.
